PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk. (Chandra Asri Group) organized the CHAMP! Edu-Track 2026 Webinar program to equip students in preparing for the admission selection to Politeknik Industri Petrokimia Banten (PIPB), particularly for the Academic Potential Test (TPA) and English test. The activity, which took place on Thursday, April 16, 2026, was attended by hundreds of students, with registered participants coming from various regions.
A total of 665 high school/vocational school/equivalent students were recorded participating in the webinar, which was held online via Zoom. This program is part of Chandra Asri Group’s sustainability initiative in enhancing the capacity of young generations, especially those in the company’s Ring 1 and Ring 2 areas.
Throughout the program, participants not only received learning materials but were also actively engaged through interactive sessions such as pre-tests and post-tests, discussions on TPA and English questions, and practice exercises. The materials were delivered directly by speakers from the Talent Acquisition team of Chandra Asri Group, who shared strategies and practical tips for tackling the selection process.
Adding practical value, the webinar also featured a sharing session with PIPB students, namely M. Matin Al-Anfal and Dwi Setiyarsa, who are alumni of the 2024 webinar and are currently undergoing internship programs at Chandra Asri Group. Both shared their experiences, from the selection process to campus life, providing real insights for participants who are preparing themselves.
Participants’ enthusiasm was evident from their active involvement throughout the session, including during the quiz segment with prizes. Participants also showed positive feedback and felt that the program helped them better understand the test materials while boosting their confidence in facing the selection. “It is very interesting and opens new insights, especially in self-development and readiness to face future challenges. The material was delivered clearly and was easy to understand. I hope similar webinars will continue to be held with more diverse and inspiring topics,” said Arya Sanjaya, one of the participants.
A similar sentiment was expressed by Kartika Putri. “I’m happy because I can learn about the simulation and the materials that will appear in the TPA. I also understand the procedures for taking the online TPA and SKB,” she said.
As a leading provider of energy, chemical, and infrastructure solutions in Southeast Asia, Chandra Asri Group recognizes the important role of education in supporting human capital development and national industrial growth. The presence of PIPB in the Anyer area, Serang Regency, is considered a strategic step in producing skilled workers in the petrochemical sector.
Corporate Shared Value Department Manager of Chandra Asri, Wawan Mulyana, stated, “Through this program, we hope that students will be better prepared to face the PIPB selection process and have greater opportunities to pursue higher education. This initiative is also part of our commitment to supporting the younger generation in the communities around the Company’s operational areas.”
